Disari Foundation Bangladesh was established on 01 January 2002 in English and on 30 September 2013, after the registration of Disari Foundation Bangladesh under the Society Registration Act 1860, Disari Foundation Bangladesh as a member organization in accordance with Article 12 of the Memorandum of Association of Disari Foundation Bangladesh. The registration of Disari Foundation Bangladesh has been conducted by the registration number 3353 No. IV-06/2013 of both the organizations.
Disari Youth Foundation Bangladesh was established on December 12, 2016 with some hardworking young men and women in the new name, in a new way as the government made the registration of the Department of Youth Development mandatory for running youth organizations in 2015.

The decision to register with the Department of Youth Development was taken by the Board of Directors on 1 March 2019 and this organization is a part of Disari Foundation Bangladesh. Will act as. However, Disari Youth Foundation Bangladesh will be run as an independent organization.
On 24/02/2020, Dishari Youth Foundation Bangladesh became the first youth organization to get online registration under the online registration program in Bangladesh under the Department of Youth Development.
Whose registration number is: JUA / Chatto-01 / Sita-01. Disari Foundation Bangladesh will not interfere in any of the activities of this organization.
Disari Youth Foundation Bangladesh will be governed according to its own constitution.
This organization has been working on general education, literature and cultural activities.

দিশারী ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় ০১ জানুয়ারি ২০০২ ইংরেজি তারিখে এবং ২০১৩ সালের সেপ্টেম্বর মাসের ৩০ তারিখ নিবন্ধন অধিদপ্তরের অধীনে সোসাইটি রেজিষ্ট্রেশন এ্যাক্ট ১৮৬০ মোতাবেক দিশারী ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ রেজিষ্ট্রেশন লাভ করার পর দিশারী ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ এর ম্যামোরেন্ডাম অফ এসোসিয়েশনের আর্টিকেল ১২ অনুসারে অঙ্গ সংগঠন হিসেবে দিশারী যুব ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ ও দিশারী সাহিত্য সাংস্কৃতিক সংসদ উভয় সংগঠন দিশারী ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ এর রেজিষ্ট্রেশন ক্রমিক 3353 নং IV-06/2013 রেজিষ্ট্রেশন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়ে আসছে।
বিগত ২০১৫ সালে সরকার যুব সংগঠন পরিচালনার জন্য যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তর নিবন্ধন বাধ্যবাধকতা করায় দিশারী যুব ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ নতুন নামে, নতুন আঙ্গিকে কিছু কর্মোদ্যমী যুবক-যুবতীদেরকে নিয়ে ২০১৮ সালের ডিসেম্বরের ১২ তারিখ প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হয় এই ফাউন্ডেশন। প্রতিষ্ঠার পর থেকে বিভিন্ন সময়ে বিভিন্ন শিক্ষা উন্নয়নমূলক, স্বাস্থ্য সচেতনতা ও সেবা, পরিবেশ উন্নয়ন ও সংরক্ষণ, বেকার যুবক-যুবতীদের প্রশিক্ষণ ও দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, ইকো ট্যুরিজম, পিছিয়ে পড়া শিশুদের পড়াশোনা, নিরক্ষরতা দূরীকরণ, সাংস্কৃতিক উন্নয়ন ও শান্তি শৃঙ্খলা উন্নয়নে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।
বিগত ২৪/০২/২০২০ ইংরেজি তারিখে যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদপ্তরের অধীনে সারা বাংলাদেশে অনলাইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন পাইলট কার্যক্রমের আওতায় দিশারী যুব ফাউন্ডেশন বাংলাদেশ সর্বপ্রথম যুব সংগঠন হিসেবে অনলাইনে রেজিস্ট্রেশন লাভ করে। যার রেজিস্ট্রেশন নং : যুউঅ/চট্ট-০১/সীতা-০১।
এই সংগঠন সাধারণ শিক্ষা, সাহিত্য ও সাংস্কৃৃতিক কর্মকান্ড নিয়ে কাজ করে আসছে । সমাজের পরিবর্তনের লক্ষ্যে, গতানুগতিক শিক্ষার পরিবর্তে সরকারের ডিজিটাল প্রযুক্তিগত শিক্ষা, সৃজনশীল পদ্ধতিতে শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থায় ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের মানষিক ভয়ভীতি দূর করার লক্ষ্যে সরকারের পাশে থেকে শিক্ষার মান বৃদ্ধি, স্বাস্থ্য সচেতনতা ও সেবা, পরিবেশ উন্নয়ন ও সংরক্ষণ, বেকার যুবক-যুবতীদের প্রশিক্ষণ ও দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন, ইকো ট্যুরিজম, পিছিয়ে পড়া শিশুদের পড়াশোনা, নিরক্ষরতা দূরীকরণ, সাংস্কৃতিক উন্নয়ন ও শান্তি শৃঙ্খলা উন্নয়নে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।
